Have Your Say On Farnham’s Biggest Housing Development

A public meeting has been arranged for 6:30pm on Monday 7 October to hear local resident views on the detailed reserved matters planning application submitted by Cala Homes for Coxbridge Farm.

With outline planning permission for 320 dwellings already granted on a site allocated in the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan, this is the biggest housing development in Farnham’s history and will be determined by a meeting of Waverley Borough Council’s Planning Committee held held the following evening.

David Beaman and Graham White are the Farnham Resident Councillors for Farnham North West and, although they may not vote on the application, they are both allowed to present the opinions and concerns of local residents to the Planning Committee.

That’s why it’s so important that local residents attend the public meeting and make their views known to David and Graham.

The public meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Monday 7 October in the Council Chamber of Farnham Town Council.

Farnham Residents Councillors will always represent the true opinions and concerns of local residents.  If you’re inspired to help and support us, Click Here.
